Our team is made up of our owner John Martin. John has many years in the self storage industry as well as an Associates Degree in Business Administration with a certification in Property Management and Interior Design. On top, John also has 6+ years in customer service. All of John's experience sets him apart and shows his knowledge and dedication to the industry.

(Includes a Unit Inventory showing all units that are Rent Ready and tagged with a color coded tag)

Weekly: (Includes an in depth inspection of the property looks for damage, signs of unauthorized entry, ext.)
Monthly: (Includes an in depth inspection of the property with pictures)
(Includes a newly vacated unit report)
(Includes an Improvement Idea report)
(Includes an entire property clean up trash, dirt and debris and a full clean of all available Rent Ready units )
